Hemel Miyamasu is a modern bistro restaurant that specializes in "Charcuterie" where you can enjoy modern bistro cuisine with 80 varieties of wine and 30 varieties of "Saison Beers"
We offer more than 20 kinds of charcuterie prepared by hand by craftsman charcutier (sausage-maker) chefs, and a range of seasonal fish and vegetables, that you can enjoy in a modern and casual atmosphere.

CHARCUTERIE

“Charcuterie” refers to processed pork products such as sausage, ham, pate, and rillettes and is derived from “chair = meat” and “Cuit = cooked.“ The craftsmen chefs who specialize in this are called “Charcutiers.” Chef Sakamoto is one of the most experienced Japanese chef Charcutier who has studied in Charcuterie in France specializing in charcuterie. Enjoy the pairing of our seasonal charcuterie with Saison beer and wine.

SAISON BEER

“Saison Beer” is a beer made in Belgium in the traditional method that farmers prepare during the winter and store for drinking in the summer. By continuing the secondary fermentation in a champagne-type bottle, the result is an impressive beer with a refreshing sparkling and fruity aroma. For drinkers to more fully enjoy its unique character, a large bottle (750ml) is used so that it can be fermented faster than a small bottle.
